2. Tube Shoulder Injection
The tube shoulder injection process is a critical stage in cosmetic tube manufacturing, determining the cap compatibility and visual identity. This process enables full customization of tube head shapes, dimensions, and colors to align with brand-specific requirements.

3. Offset printing on co-ex tube
The offset printing process is a cornerstone technology for cosmetic tube surface decoration. With an innovative 6-color printing and varnishing system, it offers diverse surface finishes (glossy, matte, soft-touch) and reverse UV effects. This process is particularly suited for ensuring color consistency in high-volume production. Due to the curved surface of tubes, CMYK halftone overprinting is prone to moiré patterns, making spot color printing the ideal choice for extruded tubes.
4. Silkscreen printing on co-ex tube
Think of screen printing like using a precise stencil to "push" thick ink through a silk screen onto tubes. This method is perfect for:
Dark-colored tubes: Print bright colors directly (no white base needed!)
Photochromic Ink: Color-changing ink that reacts to light. For example, it shows hidden patterns under sunlight or UV lamps. Perfect for anti-counterfeiting labels or fun packaging surprises!
Thermochromic Ink: Ink that changes color when touched or exposed to temperature changes. Imagine a lip balm tube that reveals a heart shape when warmed by your hand!
5. Hot Stamping on co-ex tube
Unlike offset or screen printing, hot stamping uses heat and pressure to transfer ultra-thin metallic foils onto tubes. This creates a true metallic shine that inks simply can't match.

6. Assemble cap and tube
After surface treatments (printing/coating/labeling), the production enters the final assembly stage. This critical phase ensures product functionality and user experience through three customizable steps:
- Punching orifice hole from 3mm to 8mm
- Protective foil sealing
- Capping
7. Tail sealing
For customers who want to fill from shoulder office, we seal the tail of tube instead of capping. This process is custom made, we are able to seal a special shape like kitty ear tail.
